Data Deletion Policy

At Coderz Studio, your privacy isn’t just a checkbox — it’s a priority. We understand that your personal data belongs to you, and you have the full right to ask us to delete it when you choose. This policy outlines how that works, when it applies, and what you can expect from us when you make a request.
1. Why This Policy Exists
This policy explains your right to request the removal of personal data and outlines our responsibility to act on those requests in line with data protection laws (such as the UK GDPR and other applicable regulations).
2. Your Right to Be Forgotten
You can ask us to erase your personal data in certain situations, including (but not limited to):
- The data is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected.
- You’ve changed your mind and withdrawn consent.
- You object to how we’re using your data, and there’s no valid reason for us to continue.
- The data was collected or used in a way that breaks the law.
- We’re required by law to delete it.
If any of these apply to you, we’ll take care of the request promptly and professionally.
3. What Data We Keep (and Why)
To provide our services, we store a few pieces of information — all handled securely and responsibly:
- Full name
- Email address
- Billing address (for invoicing purposes only)
All data is stored on secure servers located in Frankfurt, Germany, hosted through DigitalOcean.
For the record: we do NOT store your payment information. That stays with your payment provider.
If you’ve opted in to receive updates, your contact details may also be stored in our CRM system to send product news and offers. You can unsubscribe anytime.

4. How We Handle Deletion Requests
If you’ve made a purchase through our platform, Coderz Studio is considered the data controller. That means we’re responsible for keeping your data safe — and for deleting it when you ask.
Here’s how the deletion process works:
- Once you request deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems.
- It cannot be restored once it’s gone.
- Some data may temporarily exist in automated backups, but these are cleaned out on a regular cycle.
- We’ll delete CRM data as well if requested.
- You’ll receive a confirmation once the process is complete.
We aim to fulfill all deletion requests within 30 days — usually much faster.
5. Submitting a Request
To request data deletion, please contact our Support Team.
Include your account email and mention that you’d like your data removed. We’ll handle the rest — securely and efficiently.
