If our product isn’t the right fit for you, just let us know within 14 days of purchase and we’ll issue a full refund. Simple as that.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, reach out to our Support Desk with a message like:
“I’d like to request a refund as per your policy. I no longer wish to use the product.”
Once we receive your message, we’ll begin processing your refund. No hassle, no pressure.
Important Notes
To keep things transparent, here are a few important details:
- Refunds are available within 14 days of your original purchase.
- Annual licenses remain active for 1 year, unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Once approved, refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- If there’s a small difference in the refund amount due to exchange rates or bank fees, we’re not able to cover that.
- You can cancel subscriptions from your account dashboard anytime. If you need help, just raise a ticket.
- We reserve the right to update this policy without notice. Please check this page for any future changes.
- We may decline service or refund requests if our terms are violated or if the policy is misused.
