At Coderz Studio, we’re committed to helping you make the most of our products. Our support team is here to help resolve any product-related issues quickly and professionally — because great support isn’t optional, it’s essential.

Who We Support

Support is available only for products purchased directly from Coderz Studio Store and for customers with an active license.

If you’re stuck with installation, setup, or usage of our plugins or themes — we’ve got you.

Start with our documentation and video guides.

If you still need help, submit a ticket via our support desk.

What We Support

We provide help with:

  • Installation and setup of our products
  • Basic configuration guidance
  • Clarification of product features
  • Bug reports and troubleshooting (for officially supported environments)

What’s Out of Scope

We love our users — but some things are outside the support sandbox. We do not provide:

  1. General WordPress queries (check wordpress.org for those)
  2. Custom feature development or plugin/theme extensions
  3. Hosting/server issues (talk to your hosting provider)
  4. Personal customization or custom code support
  5. Compatibility with all third-party plugins or themes — we’ll try, but can’t guarantee
  6. Fixes for outdated browsers or unsupported operating systems
  7. Anything unrelated to our products or deemed out-of-scope by our team

Complex Issues & Access

For tricky problems, we may ask for temporary access to your site for troubleshooting. Here’s the deal:

  • Always take a full backup before sharing access — we’re not responsible for any data loss or site issues
  • We highly recommend using a staging site for testing and fixes, not your live site

Our team is available:
